Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of BEAST Analytics client analytics dashboards hosted on *.beastanalyticsco.com subdomains (the “Service”). By signing in or using a dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided by BEAST Analytics. Our public site is beastanalyticsco.com. A separate consulting or services agreement with a client may also apply; if it conflicts with these Terms on fees or project scope, that agreement controls those topics.

Each client receives a branded dashboard on its own subdomain. Those subdomains are part of one BEAST Analytics product, not separate applications. The dashboard shows Google Analytics 4 reports for properties the signed-in Google account is allowed to access, plus notes the team adds inside the dashboard.

We may add, change, or remove features. We do not guarantee that every metric, comparison, or mapping will be complete or error-free. Google Analytics remains the system of record for the underlying data.

You sign in with Google. You must use an account that already has access to the relevant GA4 property. If Google reports that the account cannot read that property, the Service will deny access.

You are responsible for the Google account you use and for keeping it secure. Do not share a signed-in session with people who should not see that client’s analytics. Client administrators decide who gets GA4 access; we do not grant Analytics permissions on your behalf.

You and the client retain all rights in your Google Analytics properties and the data they contain. BEAST Analytics only reads that data to display reports in the dashboard, as described in our Privacy Policy.

By connecting Google, you instruct us to access Analytics data using the permissions you grant on Google’s consent screen. You can revoke those permissions at any time in your Google Account. Annotations you create in the dashboard may be stored by us so they persist between visits.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access data you are not authorized to see
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Copy, resell, or scrape the Service except as needed for your internal business use of your own reports
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or Google’s terms for the accounts and APIs you connect

Analytics shown on a client dashboard, and notes left there, should be treated as that client’s confidential business information. Do not share dashboard access or exports with people outside the client’s authorized team unless the client has approved it.

The Service depends on Google sign-in and the Google Analytics APIs. Outages, quota limits, permission changes, or API changes at Google can affect what the dashboard can show. We are not responsible for Google’s products or for how a client’s GA4 property is configured.

The Service is provided “as is.” Reports are decision-support tools, not a guarantee of business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEAST Analytics disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEAST Analytics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages, or for amounts that exceed fees paid to BEAST Analytics for the Service in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

You may stop using the Service and revoke Google access at any time. We may suspend or end access to a dashboard if these Terms are violated, if a client engagement ends, or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the effective date (currently September 3, 2026). Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
