Privacy Policy

BEAST Analytics (“we”, “us”) provides marketing analytics consulting and client reporting dashboards. Our public site is beastanalyticsco.com. Each client dashboard lives on its own subdomain, such as client.beastanalyticsco.com.

The dashboards are one product operated by BEAST Analytics. Signing in on any client subdomain is signing in to BEAST Analytics, not to a separate app for that client.

This policy describes how we handle information when you:

• Visit or sign in to a BEAST Analytics client dashboard
• Connect your Google account so we can read Google Analytics 4 data
• Leave notes (annotations) on a dashboard

Our marketing site at beastanalyticsco.com may collect information separately (for example, if you email us or fill out a contact form there). This policy focuses on the dashboard product and the Google data it uses.

Google account information. When you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google shares the name, email address, and profile image associated with the account you pick. We use this to create your session and show who is signed in.

Google Analytics data. With your permission we request read-only access to Google Analytics properties you can already open. We then load reporting data such as sessions, users, traffic sources, pages, conversions, and engagement events so we can display them on that client’s dashboard. We only show data from properties your Google account is allowed to access.

Dashboard content you create. If you add an annotation, we store the date range, title, note, and the email of the person who wrote it so it can appear again for that client.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to operate and secure the service.

We use this information only to:

• Authenticate you and keep you signed in
• Confirm your Google account can access the GA4 property for that client dashboard
• Display analytics reports to you and other authorized viewers
• Save and show dashboard annotations
• Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service

We do not sell your information. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated products. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

BEAST Analytics's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice that means Google Analytics data is used solely to power the dashboard features you see after signing in. We do not transfer that data to other apps, and humans at BEAST Analytics only access it when needed for security, compliance, or to help you with a support request you initiate.

We share information only in these cases:

• Infrastructure providers that host the dashboards and store session or annotation data, under contracts that limit how they can use it
• Other people on the same client dashboard — annotations include the author’s email so the team can see who left a note
• Legal requirements if we are required to disclose information by law or to protect the service

Client teammates see the same GA4 reports we display because they also sign in with a Google account that has access to that property. We do not share one client’s analytics with another client.

Your Google sign-in session lasts until you sign out or the session expires. Access tokens are used to load live reports and are not kept as a long-term copy of your Analytics data. Report data is fetched from Google when you open a dashboard, not warehoused as a separate archive.

Annotations stay on that client dashboard until someone with access deletes them, or until we remove the client’s workspace.

You can:

• Sign out of a dashboard at any time
• Revoke BEAST Analytics's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Email brie@beastanalyticsco.com to ask us to delete annotations associated with your account or to ask questions about this policy

Revoking Google access stops new Analytics reads. It does not change the underlying GA4 property, which remains under your Google Analytics account.

We use cookies and similar storage that are required to keep you signed in and to protect the session. These are not used for advertising.

The dashboards are a business tool for client teams. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date (currently September 3, 2026). Material changes that affect how we use Google user data will remain consistent with the Limited Use requirements above.
